Business Growth Associate (Hybrid Setup)

In a digital marketing agency, an appointment setter plays a vital role in funneling potential clients toward the sales team. The Business Growth Associate is a frontline representative who plays a crucial role in securing qualified leads for the sales team. Their communication skills, ability to generate interest, and efficiency in scheduling appointments are all essential for a successful digital marketing agency.

 

Note: The office is located in Angeles City, Pampanga

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Identify and source leads from different sources including social media channels, offline events, referrals, and more.

  • Conduct lead qualification through sales pre-qualification questions

  • Prospect and manage SME and corporate accounts, both local and international

  • Conduct sales activities for the products and services offered by the company

  • Perform audit and cadence activities for potential clients.

Communication and Scheduling

  • Create initial contact with inbound leads, build rapport, and generate interest in the agency’s services

  • Qualify all marketing and sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments with the RevOpst team.

  • Achieve CE delivered target from booked appointments.

  • A/B test and reporting on sales cadences across email, phone calls, and LinkedIn views/messages to determine what’s working & optimize response rates

Data Management and Reporting

  • Consistently log and record every outreach made, update lead status, and record notes

  • Producing regular activity reports as requested by the senior management.

  • Promote and represent the corporate culture and core values in all aspects of your job duties

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in internal marketing and sales activities such as events, webinars, seminars, and more.

  • Communicate with the marketing department to share updates and trends on the lead generation pipeline and frequently asked questions (FAQs)

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the RevOps team and senior management

PC Requirements:

  • Noise-canceling headsets (professional ones, not mobile headsets)

  • PC/Laptop > at least Intel i3 with 4GB RAM

  • Stable Internet connection > at least 20mbps download

  • Quiet workspace
